The NiGP (Nursing in General Practice - It's a choice) project, was filmed in 3 different locations. Maroochydore, Gatton and Toowoomba represented the 3 areas for General Practice Nursing. General Practice Nursing is a rewarding career and focuses on the lifestyle aspects of this type of work. Funded through the Department of Health and Ageing as well as the state based body General practice Queensland, this project and DVD was launched last week in Melbourne.

The DVD was the highlight of the presentation evening, with the DVD now to be duplicated and used as a promotional material for Universities and students.

Point Production and Design worked with Dynamic Education Consultants to produce the video. After numerous meetings to finalise scripting, we set about creating an edgy production that had real practice nurses doing their everyday work and talking about their experiences.
