RESOURCE CONTAINS 55 DIFFERENT IDIOM DRAWING TASKS & 2 A4 BANNERS
Develop student understanding of Idioms by creating this awesome IDIOM MURAL DISPLAY. It is very important for students to understand the difference between the “literal” and “figurative” meanings of idioms.
Students should draw the literal meaning lightly in pencil, outline with a black marker and then colour with oil pastels, twistables or pencils. Their drawing should take up the whole area and they should use a single colour for the background.
This resource is set up for A4, but you can print it to A3 choosing A3 and FIT TO PAGE in the Acrobat PDF print menu. It’s up to you. 🙂
